I started with the Loaded Brisket Baked Potato, and it was perfection — exactly how it should be. The brisket was tender, flavorful, and generously portioned. Next came the ribs, which were just as perfect — smoky, tender, and fall-off-the-bone good. I also tried the sausage link on a stick, which had the perfect amount of heat and that satisfying “pop” when I bit into it. The smoked chicken was another standout — incredibly juicy and packed with rich smoky flavor. I don’t even usually like chicken, but this one won me over completely. Even the green beans stood out, reminding me of my grandmother’s cooking — comforting and full of homemade flavor. To top it all off, Brandon, the owner, couldn’t have been more welcoming.
